Xbox one not getting crowns?

Was it just me who didn't get crown for eso plus and who do I need to talk to so I doesn't happen again

This is a known issue on Xbox One that they are working on fixing with Microsoft. See https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/30529/ for steps on how to get your Crowns.

Yeah...it's sad to see that this is still an issue. I haven't received my crowns since August without having to submit a support ticket first. Had planned to cancel, but with Wrothgar coming out soon, I wanted to stay subbed so I could at least try it out and decide if I want to purchase. Plus, keeping ESO+ (even with having to contact support to get my Crowns) has given me enough Crowns to purchase it if I want.

I like the ESO+ bonuses for my alts, but I'm still deciding whether they're worth the $15/month. Since XB doesn't allow 3 and 6 months subs with discounted pricing (like on PC), it's really cheaper to just purchase the 3,000 and 5,500 Crown packs.

I thought I'd wait a couple of days to see it they had finally fixed this. Guess I'll start submitting tickets tonight. smh

In the same boat. Actually, I was fine up until October. Never had an issue until then. Now, this month, without even logging into ESO, I know I didn't get my crowns again because nothing is showing up on my bank statement or M$ Account for today for November's renewal.

I plan on cancelling when I get these crowns taken care of for this month. I'll resub each month and cancel the next day. So far, it's the only guaranteed way to get your crowns each month reliably. Otherwise, you have a point. It definitely is cheaper to just buy the crown packs and I may even do that instead.
