Related to the alliance war... why would EP or AD help build up Orsinium? Getting the Orcs together they will make a powerfull ally for DC since they are in DC (except the traitors who did any race any alliance)

Or do the other alliances have quests to destroy Orsinium?

How will this be in future zones? will everybody now help enemy alliances?

"I am a nightblade. Blending the disciplines of the stealthy agent and subtle wizard, I move unseen and undetected, foil locks and traps, and teleport to safety when threatened, or strike like a viper from ambush. The College of Illusion hides me and fuddles or pacifies my opponents. The College of Mysticism detects my object, reflects and dispels enemy spells, and makes good my escape. The key to a nightblade's success is avoidance, by spell or by stealth; with these skills, all things are possible."

The factions in this game are only there as a basis for the PVP the game didn't need, the sooner they die the better IMO.

They split the playerbase into three isolated groups for no good PVE reason, and the new 'cross-faction' instance groups do nothing to deal with deserted over-world areas.

Hmm I disagree on that. The game was hugely advertised as a PvP game, and I only play PvP most of the time. I find the PvE part of this game extremely boring.

Also I think if PvP dies, the game will die too. I could be wrong, but most people I know only play PvP and occasionally a dungeon to get the gear.

I do wish the PvE part was different. Like something that there where no veteran zones, but I could PvE over to other alliance's zones and see the "enemy" faction and do stuff together.

But even the death of PvP won't fix this. Be carefull what you wish for.

I doubt that the game would die as soon as PVP dies. I mostly play PVE (99% of time) and I love it. I believe there are many more players like that.

and you can do PVE in enemy faction territories, after completing the main quest, there is cadwells silver and gold, which are quests in other factions territories - so you see all zones.

Yes, but not with the other alliance players. All you see is a vet zone without the "enemy faction" players but with your own alliance "buddies". I think it would be better that you could see the other faction players also. But for that to happen the game has to be rewritten and I doubt any of the people at Zos knows what the codes does.

The veteran ranks (silver and gold) where a cheap, uninspired "fix" so have people move to other alliance area's

But im glad some people like the PvE in this game. I did all quest once and tried to make an alt. But I just could get past lvl 10. And on my main all that remains is Craglorn but I could never find a group.

I really loved the PvP. But the recent lags, animation cancelling and other issues (empty cyro) makes it hard to get any fun.

Kurog invited ADVENTURERS to come and help. Any kind of army there is forbidden. All that business has nothing to do there. And Daggerfall Covenant is on very shaky legs. Orcs and Bretons together? A high elf adventurer has no less reason to help the orcs than a Breton. Besides, from Alliance War point of view - the more resources and attention goes there, the less attention on the battlefield. Hm?

    Interesting...

People who PvP all the time only know people who PvP all the time. Whereas people who PvE all the time only know people who PvE all the time. Who would have thought it?

ZoS will have the figures and presumably manage the game accordingly.

Or at least try to ;)

    Hehe yeah, it's weird

Don't want to turn this topic into a "PvP stinks... no PvE is bad etc" though. Just asked a question why other factions help Orcs.

Whoop there it is. A good explanation I can live with.

I am a Breton and I destroyed the sphere the Orcs didn't want to fall into Breton hands. I will never forgive the Bretons what they did to the Orcs. But not all Bretons are guilty.

It is the same as almost the entire Ebonheart Pact quest line.. Why on earth would Dark elves want to help Argonians? Well, sure, for alliance purposes, but there are still many Dark elves who openly express their disgust towards the lizard people. The whole 'invitation to Orsinium for adventurers' itself puts aside the conflict and the war. So it really doesn't matter.
