What are "pledges?"

I see this a lot in zone chat, people "looking for pledges".
I'd like this... uh, explained. Would be lovely.

When you reach 45 you get a special item in the mail that when used if in the undaunted will start a quest that will prompt you to go to the undaunted enclave at your factions capital city. after you complete that quest every that same person will offer pledges daily (basically beat the bosses in the group dungeons. once you hit V1 another person will offer a different pledge for the veteran version of the dungeons these are basically the same thing but may have a limitation on how to beat some bosses to get the best rewards. the rewards are undaunted keys that unlock the chests in that area and those chests have a chance to get exclusive items especially with the silver and gold keys.

Once you reach the capital of your alliance you can find the main Undaunted camp.
They offer daily group dungeon quests for vet and non-vet runs where you "pledge" to go do the dungeon.
Completing it ranks up the undaunted skill line and gets you keys for undaunted chests which can contain equipment not found elsewhere.

You can join the undaunted at any level at your first group dungeon you will see a recruiter out side take to him he will tell you where to go. To join up , when you get your invite at 45 if you've completed dungeons you will get your first key then
