Yelling and similar likely isn't doing much but perhaps making the person yelling feel better...
At the same many of the issues are borderline game breaking. If, for example, I wanted to run a dungeon, having my regen bug out while my skills were costing more than they should. Makes it rather difficult to fill my role in the dungeon, meaning it's rather hard to set back and play the game.
Most of these issues are not able to be addressed with a hotfix either. A hotfix is simply changing the numbers. So A skill now does Y damage rather than X. Anything requiring a rework of coding is a patch, not a hotfix.
Futhermore issues like regen bugging out exist currently on console and we are not even up to date with PC. So whatever created the problems is in the precursor coding for Orsinium. It can't solely be blamed on a big game getting a big update.

So, Orisinum is not a big update? You don't say. I could have swore a whole new map, Dungeon, armor, story, weapons, mounts, in an already big game would constitute as a big update. I'll believe that when the download is under 1 GB.

By doing this they show them selves to have no pride in their work and treat their customers with contempt.

Orisinum is not released yet on consoles, but there are issuses with resource regen bugs already. You can't blame the size of an update for issues, if the update isn't even released yet.

I didn't blame the size... I'm not blaming anything. Did you even read this thread?

I don't know why they want to fix the stam bug... personally I think its added an interesting twist to battles.

@TheNephilimCrow There are still bugs floating around from IC release and way earlier. It is unacceptable and ZOS should really be ashamed.

That is why I used the word 'blame'. Your justification is the game's size. I pointed out that Orisinum is not released on consoles so a new patch cannot be used to fully justify the issues.

They didn't fix it, they just changed stuff back to how it was before the latest patch. So now we can be in stealth forever again, because they can't seem to fix something without breaking something else.

How is being in stealth forever the same as getting stam back up instantly...? Plus, I don't see anyone claiming that but you.
So are people still having problems with Stamina regen or not? Honestly, based upon what I'm finding in comments in various threads, this must not be a widespread problem because very few other people are reporting it or even talking about it. Hence the reason ZOS isn't responding, because if it's a limited issue, then they are not going to devote the resources to track it down to fix it.

I never said its the same, im just saying that they didn't fix it. No one else needs to claim it, just go in the game and sneak and you can see for yourself that you can sneak forever. Im pretty sure that you need regen drinks for it to happen though.

I mean, the cost of sneak has been that way since launch, from what I remember. It does eventually run out, even if you have recovery pots. You have to stop moving and it will regen.
Unless you are referring to Cloak, which is a whole other discussion entirely.
