Fix the long (infinite) load screens

Dear ZOS,

The long loading screens is your biggest problem at the moment. I hope you're setting all the sails to fix this. If there's anything that can make us tired of logging in and playing your game, then it's staring at a loading screen for 1+ minutes everytime we need to transition to another area.

The worst part? The client computer isn't doing anything during this wait. It's all on your end that the delay happens. If it's some sort of malfunctioning load balancing, please disable it.

When doing the Kings quest in Orsinium it means going in the church out the church in the castle out the castle and it takes FRIGGING FOREVER!!!!

Please ZOS fix these loading times because they are screwing the game up.

They already acknowledged the problem - they added new loading screen art for IC with Orsinium update. Means they will change the pictures with each DLC so we don't get bored.

This was a problem on the PTS when the Imperial City was loaded and still it is broken. Sheesh.

I filed a bug report on the first day of PTS. How many weeks/months is that now?

I still think it's a cache storage issue. This was the case on older operating systems *coughWinXPcough* when update 6 hit and each loading screen took ~30 minutes. Back then I did have this outdated system and found a line in the usersettings that suddenly ended with "cache2" instead of "cache", and after deleting the "2", the loading screens were back at normal. The "2" in this liine is still gone, yet I'm getting 1-2 minutes loading screens now (after the IC update, and of course with a newer OS), but I still think this is related.. only somewhere else where we (the players) can't change anything ourselves anymore, unfortunately..

Anyways, as long as it takes so long to load ANY zone, which means even just entering a refuge (which is a different "zone" as well), I try to not fill up my inventory slots with stolen items anymore, just to avoid another loading screen. Actually I was hoping to get that purple dye for the Black Market Mogul achievement someday in THIS lifetime, but I've put it on ice for now.

Don't forget the loading screens when the status of a keep/outpost changes in Cyrodiil. Usually they're a second or two but every now and then you get stuck for five minutes.

It seems to hit veteran characters more. In many threads, people who say they aren't experiencing it have also said they aren't VR. Which makes me think it has something to do with the champion system. Either way, doing the quest in the DLC to rescue the hostages was like 60% load screens, 40% gameplay.

In about 2 months when they haven't fixed it it'll become a feature.

I've been playing ESO on an SSD since release. The new long loading screens just popped up a few months ago with the IC release. And they have remained since. And everyone is having this issue. So yes, it's definitely something ZOS needs to address.

Happens even if your moving in the same bloody zone from A to B...

Even with an SSD....super long loading screens....sometimes it just freezes and crashes..

I am on one right now that has been going for 5 mins....and seems stuck....
