Ideas to help tanking community

Hello
Been a tank on the ps4 for a while and clearing all content, the recent changes have impacted the tank community vastly, so i have a few ideas to help.
I beleave you wont revert back to the stam regain, and i also believe you want us to be lowering our shields more, so :
why not give a buff to heavy armour for example - stam from a heavy attack gives us back 3 times the amount of resource as a 5 bit bonus this should - this change would support your change of dropping perm block and give us less watching of bars which isnt fun and focus on the fight.
The other change would be to heavy armour - make it cap armour pen in pvp so us tanks can be tanky - we carnt mix roles to dps competitively from pve to pvp with out massive costs in gear and specs so why punish us....
The othe change i would like is allow us to tank vet content with 2h or dw, at the moment you carnt do vWgt without S&b full tank spec (ps4 aint neferd yet) so:
Change the other morph of wrecking blow to defencive blow, after using this ability all blocking with a 2h gives x% mitigation (equal to blocking with a shield) si its a choice between wrecking blow or this ( every one spams WB so wont be op in pvp)
I would do a similar thing to Dw but make it X% dodge so people choose between dps buff or tanking.
These are just suggestions but you need to put some focus in tanking as your losing people from this role....
More tanking suggestions would be welcome to this thread but avoid the " give us stam regen back " if they wated to do that they would of
