Anyone know how to get coldwind's skull?

So I'm one item of being able to fill the house of orsimer with the historical relics, and the one item I need is coldwinds skull. Just wondering if anyone knows how I get this

when you get the Hero of Wrothgar achievement you will find a quest marker in the city (Orsinium) that once picked up will tell you to go back and speak to the museum's curator and you will get the quest for Coldwind.

Oh,so you cant finish the whole thing until you have done the main quest.

Well damn.I thought you just had to gather all the relics.I too am at the end,and want to get Coldwind's Skull for completion.Too bad for me. If I had known,I wouldnt have taken it on. I didnt plan to do the main questline.Not for a long time anyway.

The main storyline worth to finish, nearly as great story as the main questline in Rivenspire. That's which I love most.
