Zenimax- can we please get a "increase spell damage" enchantment for weapons?

Weapons have an "increase weapon damage". Jewelry has an "increase weapon damage". You can only get "increase spell damage" on jewelry. Please add a new glyph to the mix. Thanks! ;o)

    We wouldn't want stamina playerx to be annoyed. You know they are vastly UP since magicka has increased futility skills from outer space.

    Do I want it? Sure.

    But listen. The momment they give us something like this... is when they give Stamina users poisens and say magic users can't use em' x.x

    IE check this out. We JUST NOW got a bugged version Hundings . (it's behind a pay wall but whatever) They couldn't just leave us on a semi-equal level. No no no... so they Gave stamina users hundings on steriods (briarthorn set)... and here's the best thing about that for stamina users! u can use Both hundings and briar 5 piece bonuses at the Same time! x.x

    Briarthorn's offensive value is actually less than Hundings due to it being locked out to a minimum of 5 second ICD, but is a chance based proc, meaning it is even less. It's a weaker version of Hundings offensively, but offers sustain.

    In regards to this thread, they honestly should simply rework the weapon damage enchant into a Power enchant, (I mean, the essence rune used in it is already Power, why not actually give the stat) so that all builds can benefit from it. I really wish they'd start utilizing the Power stat more, like it was back in launch ESO. For those confused, Power is a stat that grants both weapon and spell damage in equal amounts to your character. It can be found on many old dungeon sets that are extremely rare and out of date (v14 highest they come in).

    Nobody WANTS to carry dual swords to cast spells, they only do it because spell damage sucks on staves.

    Not alot of people carry swords outside of pvp unless you are sorc or nb

    anyway you can get so much more weapon damage then spelldamage soo yeah....

    Do you seriously think that using weapons that scale of our wrong stat and make attack weaving impractical just just to get an equal footing with power stamina users have is an advantage?
    Make Rush of Agony "Monsters only." People should not be consecutively crowd controlled in a PvP setting. Period.

    I don't think this will solve the issue. The main issue is the lack of damage on staves combined with the poorly thought out approach to actual Spell "damage" since it scales off weapon damage, the nature of DW gives it an unfair advantage. This idea wouldn't solve the issue....the players looking to even the odds will simply apply their spell damage enchants to their DW weapons and move on.

    they need to change the mechanic...base spell damage off of, well, spell damage. or give the Staff damage lines an inherent spell damage boost in their passives. That way the staff could compete with 2h or DW for overall spell damage potential, but it's base ranged damage would still reflect the fact that it's a ranged weapon.
