Reporting players that are obviously cheating and/or using exploits

Hello everyone,

I generally don't post anything on the forums but I believe that this is an important issue. There is a particular player in Azura's Star (NA PS4) that is using some sort of exploit which is effectively rendering him unkillable. While being attacked, his health bar will reach zero and immediately shoot back up to full. This happens multiple times until he decides to run away. I guess there is a slight possibility that it is a bot, but it seems more likely that this person is using some kind of exploit. Either way, it is becoming increasingly frustrating fighting in Cyrodiil when chances are you will eventually run into this person.

Anyway, I bring this point up because I have reported this person multiple times over the past couple of weeks, and yet I just ran into him 10 minutes ago in Cyrodiil. Does anybody know if there is a more effective way to notify the appropriate people in order to get this issue addressed as soon as possible? I can deal with the loading screens, but I cannot tolerate cheaters and exploiters running around freely with no consequences. Thanks.

Are they using the Phoenix 5 pc bonus armor set? That could explain it.

Possibly, but this person never goes into the "resurrection" animation and he recovers all his health multiple times within a span of a minute. It's definitely not a result of just wearing the Phoenix set.

Happened several times during pledges for instance that my health or a team mate's was at 0, but then got saved from death at the very last moment.

Lag in Cyrodiil could cause the game to react even slower than that and let him heal before the game thinks he's dead on his side, or on your side that it shows his health depleting while in fact he alrdy healed himself.

If this was an isolated incident I would agree that lag is a possibility. However, I have seen this occur multiple times over the past two weeks leading me to believe that this is an exploit.

It should not be the sole responsibility of the players in a game that advertises gamemasters. Just sayin

^^^ This is pretty much what happens, except in this case there is usually ten people attacking him and his health will go from nothing to full repeatedly. If I post a video of this happening, wouldn't it be considered a violation of forum rules?

Yes it would, "naming and shaming" is against the TOS.

There is a Private Message function here though, so use it to PM a video to one of the admins.

Unless the guy puts the video through an editor and make sure the guys name is blocked out.

Who doesn't love a good unkillable person in a game were there is no hardcore endgame pve and the pvp is as slow paced as your grandmother trying to get to her walker after she had a hip and 2 knees replaced.

Well the game is not very fun when a faction that already significantly outnumbers us also has an invincible healer at their disposal. I have already reported him ten times, but I will try to PM an admin to see if that expedites the process. If I still see this person in Cyrodiil in the upcoming days, I will assume that ZOS does not care if people are cheating and/or using exploits and I will just have to move on.
