Hi,
here are some videos
1. Blood Craze's DoT and Healing does not always affects enemies, means it doesn't heal nor deals periodic damage.

2. Ambush does not affect Flurry (should be +20% dmg), while it is OK with Surprise attack.
Flurry not affected in any way

Is it normal behavior or it is really broken?

Description of BC does not say anything about healing is not stackable.

Flurry does not work with Ambush.
However, Blood Craze does not work on skeleton's. They can't bleed. They are immune to all Bleed's. Once you went over to a humanoid Blood Craze then proceeded to work.PS4 NA DC1 -

Psych32✭Yeah blood craze healing ability does not work for machine or skeletons enemies (dwarf constructs, skeletons, etc..). I think blood craze healing abilty should stack when attacking multiple enemies since the healing ability alone is not that effective and their is only one (if any) decent healing ability for stamina builds.0

yep BC only works on creatures with a blood circuit.
ambush does increase the next dmg actively innitiated by you - as flurry is per game definition a dot only the first tick as it is the first innitiated dmg value afterwards is affected.
