Can someone share the quest "The Skin Stealers Lair" with me, the quest is bugged won't let you restart it without someone sharing the quest, I've already confirmed this with Zenimax support. Thanks for your help!

    Forgot to post that my Xbox gamertag is the same as my forum name. Also I'm on the NA server.
