Mobs and containers drop in Wrothgar

Hello. I'm a happy VR15 Templar starting a new adventure in Wrothgar. What I realized is the drops are often out of level, I mean, Natural Water, Rawhide Scraps and Maple? In VR 15-16 area? Somethings broken and should be fixed, fast

✭✭✭Crafting drops in Wrothgar scale to your level in the associated crafting skill, not your character level.
Edit: to be clear, drops scale based on how many skill points you have in the relevant crafting passive.
