Getting booted

Still getting booted every 5 mins. /bug and opening a ticket has lead to no response, being ignored. Still paying for a game that does not work. In this day and age I should be able to go after them legally somehow. How can any company get away with selling a product, charge a monthly fee, have that product not work, still get paid, offer absolutely no support, and simply not care?? This has to lead to one place, me cancelling my subscription. I like the game, want to keep playing, but I cannot continue to give them my money for a game I cannot even play! If anyone at Zenimax happens to read this, and actually cares about not loosing a paying customer, then maybe help?

Windows 8.1 Pro 64bit
i7 core 3.7
32 gig ram
dual GTX 780s SLI with 16 gig Video mem rolled back to Nvidia's September drivers (355.98).

I have deleted the user.txt file
I have opened all ports on router
I have opened firewall for the program
I found a post that recommended doing something else to the user file, changing a line or two, with OPEN something or other. Didnt work
Ive lowered the graphics
ive lowered the rendering distance to 50%

any other suggestions???
