In response to the ongoing issue, the ESO Store and Account System have been taken offline for maintenance.
Thoroughly and utterly disappointed with ESO response to hackers/cheaters in the PvP environment
Let me start off by saying that I probably log 100+ hours in the Azura Stars Campaign every month. AT LEAST. Let me tell you how terrible I think it is that there is not a dedicated staff member in your company who monitors and enforces policies against hacking and cheating. Let me tell you that Daggerfall Covenant puts in alot of long hours, tactics, and hard work to overcome adversity but all the hard work I put in is undone by a new bug that people on Yellow Team have been using. There have been dozens of tickets made against these infractions and yet there is nothing done to insure the quality of the game is played as intended despite coding flaws that allow for imbalance. I have been a paying customer. I buy crowns, I subscribe, I thoroughly enjoy this game and it boggles my mind that the amount of revenue and time that people play you won't make the gaming board cheat free! How may days should it take to respond to daily infractions that are happening for the past two weeks? Do you care about the quality of game and cheer it brings to people when they get to actually play it the way it's meant to be? Why is there not an easy way to contact an ACTUAL GAME MASTER for immediate observation and repercussions of the people who EXPLOIT CODING FAILURES.
I've uploaded a video to YouTube, though rather long, will show you the cheaters and what it looks like and how they are maintaining their lead. I kind of expect a credit to be issued to me based on this sloppy handling that isn't just affecting me but the hundreds of players who try to find some reprieve from the real world only to be confronted with exploitative imbalances in the gaming world. So there is no way to reach a live person, tickets have no replies to them in regards to this, so I HIGHLY RECOMMEND hiring a staff member to play each campaign and keep a monitor of people who exploit. This will require a team member who loves the community and wants to insure a positive gaming experience for your product. Please and thank you!
