I cancelled my ESO Plus subscription... I'm completely fed up with the evasive, and unhelpful attitudes towards the Crowns issue from both ESO and Microsoft, not to mention the issue is ignored on here. If at some point in the future the subscription problems are fixed, I'll consider resubbing... For now though, if they can't be bothered to fix an issue like this, I'm not spending more money on the game. I'm aware I'll lose access to IC and Orsinium when it comes out, and that's fine, I've never been a big fan of PvP, plus there's plenty to do in the regular game.
