Provisioning Writ bug after Orsinium update

Yay, just after the IC update, I did a skill respec on some characters (they're all maxed crafters) to have enough skillpoints left to put them in the last crafting passives, just for the chance to get some new mats from hirelings since I don't have the IC DLC and did not have the Orsinium DLC, until yesterday.

So yesterday I decided to finally buy the Orsinium DLC (it's awesome btw^^), but I figured that my Craglorn-parked characters which did all crafting writs now need to use the VR15/16 materials. So far, so good.

Did another skill respec to get the last passives out again (cost me a fortune to do that again, especially when I had to repeat it twice because I put a few skillpoints in the wrong passives during a phone call lol), and now every writ needs the Void mats again plus VR5 water etc. just how I wanted it, except for Provisioning writs which still need the new VR15 recipes although I didn't put the skillpoint back in (yeah, I checked it twice). This happens with my other "respecced" characters, too, not only with one.

I consider this a bug and reported it, but I haven't seen anything on the forums about this very issue yet (sorry if I missed it), so is anyone else having this problem, too?

I mean, it wouldn't be too hard to get my hands on the new recipes, but the point is that my characters are supposed to use the previous ones (for Craglorn writs).
If this is NOT a bug however, can these new Provisioning writs handed in still in Belkarth? I can pick them up there, so it would be convenient along with the other writs.

Not exactly the same topic, I've seen this thread before. I did do a respec on several characters already, but the Provisioning thing did not change. VR15 I haven't re-enabled again, yet I'm getting writs where these are required.
However I agree with the free respec. Too late for me (at least for some characters), but some other players might still want to do this (the other writs work as they should).

Provisioning is also giving you all kinds of utterly bogus rewards in the Provisioning Pack rewards, like flipping LOCKPICKS! You'll also notice that every single solitary Provisioning Pack you get as a reward in Orsinium is Pack VII. Every last one. Provisioning writs are totally bugged, and ZOS has yet to reply to a single thread about it. I'm FAR from happy right now at their utterly craptastic customer service right now. The least they can do is spare a couple of minutes of their time and let us know that they're looking into it.

did you wait a day? I think you have to wait until the dailies reset before this updates correctly.

They really need to remove the lockpicks from the new writ rewards. It's almost like ZoS is laughing at the people that bother to do the writs.

I haven't done any of the new provisioning writs yet after they require VR15 recipes, and I'm really glad I haven't^^

Yeah, today it's the same like yesterday. Also abandoning the quest and picking it up anew doesn't help, unfortunately.

Provisioning is different from other crafts. Every Rank you add to Recipe Improvement lets you use the next 2 Levels of Recipes. At Rank 1 you can make any Consumable from Level 1-15. At Rank 2 you can make Level 20 and 25 Consumables. Rank 3 is 30 and 35, 4 is 40 and 45, then 5 lets you do VR1 and VR5 and finally 6 is VR10 and VR15. This is what is causing Craglorn to be overlooked, so it is not a bug. The rewards, however...

As I said, I did not put the skillpoints back in the last passive after a respec with several characters (in all crafting trees), so provisioning ends at VR5 recipes. Yet I/we need VR15 recipes to do the writs. It is a bug.
