Help with a Non-Vet Nightblade (Magicka) Build?

I very recently started a magicka nightblade character that I'm having lots of fun with. My main is a Vet 3 Templar Healer. I'm up to about level 7 or so, and I've been enjoying how much easier things are to solo with this character vs the healer. I will likely bring this class to non-vet pvp whenever I hit the lvl 10-15 range.
Any advice on some low level build ideas? I'm thinking for non vet pvp armor/jewelry sets probably don't matter much, but my main is around 5-6 traits so I could probably craft something cheap anyways. I'm currently running dual wield, but I could see going with a staff as well for range.
Current Skills:
Impale - for a ranged execute.
Dark Cloak - because it's super useful and I enjoy getting to reset the fights
Concealed Weapon - I combo this after a cloak to get the stun and I enjoy the speed boost in stealth.
Strife (unmorphed atm) - Gives me a small self heal (Feels weak, but maybe that's because I am used to having Breath of Life) I will likely morph to funnel health eventually.
Teleport Strike (unmorphed atm) - Closes gaps and stuns so I find it pretty useful. I will likely morph to lotus fan eventually.
Ultimate: Currently don't have one. Need one more level in siphoning and then I will use Soul Shred
Due to my current low level I doubt there is much difference between what I currently use and what would be recommended. Any advice on what abilities I should be looking into as I start to level up? I'm expecting to go Resto Staff on my second bar to help maintain magicka just incase I have a problem with resources. This is my first Nightblade so I don't know what the typical staples are.

✭✭✭✭✭I would have given you a huge list of things to consider, taking advantage of the battle leveling. However now that they changed it, all my advice goes right out the window.
I would hope someone with the new dlc could give some advice. I wanna learn about the updates and how they change things0 -
