ESO Plus Sub Failed to Process Automatic Renewal

My 6 Mth subscription failed to auto-bill today. On two separate credit cards.

I've just got off the phone with the bank who's informed me that your Merchant Facility provider has been flagged as a high-fraud risk in the global VISA Falcon Platform and hence been automatically blocked at the merchant level.

This is the 13th largest bank in the world by Market Capitalisation. So something tells me they wouldn't be getting something like this wrong. I had to get the Fraud Section of the bank to lift the block temporarily to even process my sub through the system.

It's really quite a pain in the arse to have to spend an hour on the phone trying to get a transaction unblocked because you're on a global merchant blacklist..

Any chance of rectifying this within 6 months because I really don't want to go through that again..
