Please do something about load screen times

My load screen times make this game far less enjoyable. They last about a solid minute, and when you have to swap in and out of buildings, are in a rush because of a group waiting on you because you've disconnected, it is just rage inducing and frustrating.
Here are my pc specs, which show that this is definitely a server-side issue:
Wired internet connect at 50mbps
Windows 8.1 previously and now Windows 10, same issue
Intel Core i7-3770K Ivy Bridge
ASRock Z77 Extreme4 LGA 1155 Intel Z77 Motherboard
SAMSUNG 840 EVO SSD which I run both Windows 10 and ESO off of
EVGA GeForce GTX 970 with updated drivers (and have also tried older drivers, same issue)
My computer is running cool and fast, but your servers are not fast enough.
