Unplayable!

Please DEV fix the crashing problem,. I ran fine until patch. I've tried all the fix recommendations en mass! Clearly I am not the only one having this issue since your new release. I am the fool for paying for a service I cannot use as I crash after no more than 10 minutes every time. I have died way too often thanks to this latest flaw! At least acknowledge to the players that YES this IS a problem and we ARE working on it!!!!
