new Maelstrom weapons craftable research?

as you can see in this image of the weapons above, it shows that the weapons can be "researched" it says "researchable" on them.
if we are not able to craft these weapons then why do they say "researchable"?
the trait it shows we allready have (as Master Craftsmen), so what part of these weapons is researchable?
im not understanding the reason why it says "researchable"

Also fun fact, maelstrom weapons can be re-enchanted (or at least it worked on pts) haha
