Dual-wield and Bow Nightblade Stamina Builds
I have just picked up the console version of ESO and I used to run a dual wield stamina khajit with werewolf for the Stam regen in human form when rapid strikes animation was able to skip and spam the skill. I've been learning it's working out at lower levels recently but I'm pretty sure it wouldn't be a viable PvP option or endgame PvE build. I'm looking for dual wield/bow stamina builds that do well in PvP and PvE. Suggestions?

All attribute points into stamina,
5 pce hundings rage,
3 pce agility,
rest of armour and weapons either nightmother/night silence
bow bar
poison injection
relentless focus,
arrow barrage,
camo hunter,
shadow cloak,
U - Flawless dawnbreaker
D/w
flurry/rapid strikes,
Flying blade,
ambush,
fear,
vigour,
U-SoulTether/Incapacitating strike(either morph)
You could swap out bow for 2H,
adding in rally into the mix,
or
swop out DW for 2H and again rally....

Check out Jeckll's guide. Very good starting place.
Also with Khajiit, since Orsinium fixed crit multiplers. You can do an even more crit focused build which works well in PVE, but not so much in PVP.

Does taking on werewolf still provide Stam regen in human form with no ill effects of the werewolf curse?
Would it be beneficial to take on werewolf without ever slotting the skills?0 -
With it slotted will it provide disadvantages and bonuses then? Say poison disadvantage in human form?0

I've changed from WW to Vamp on my stamblade, I don't slot either for the stam regen as I use relentless instead.
The Vamp gives me sneak speed that is as fast as my running, and damage reduction when my health is low.
These two are the reasons behind my change.
With relentless cast I can sneak at running pace without reducing stamina at all, gives me a dps boost, and the above mentioned Vamp damage mitigation when my health is low...and as a glass cannon that is often lol.
Add magelight (morph name escapes me sorry) and I can see every stealthed/cloaked/invisible NB, yet standing within arms reach they cannot see me, nor can they stun me from stealth, and I (& anyone on my side near me) get a 56% damage reduction from their stealth attacks as well.
This has become fun I must admit.
So for a stealth stamina build, I'm now quite happy in IC and defending/taking keeps.

If your a vampire and a nightblade you should be using Clouding Swarm ultimate. NB benefit the most from the invis.1
