Best place to speed level?

Hey all,

So I decided to make a character that I want to get rapid fire leveled to v16, anyone have any suggestions to do this at? If you are willing to share super secret ones, I would ask that you please PM me :P

3. What kind of build is your character?
4. Are you a hardcore or casual player?

I'm not sure that term can fit in ESO...

Speed leveling involves leveling fast, which doesn't happen in ESO. Now, leveling quicker then, say, a casual going from quest to quest, that may be different

All joking aside, I've found that the biggest increase in leveling speed is simply knowing the quests, and skipping dialouge. I suppose if you grabbed a few exp scrolls, and found some sweet spots to grind, that may also work.

But I'm clueless as to where to do that, as I'm one of those guys that gets lost in the quests and decides to run in circles gathering everything at random intervals. and then spends the next 2 hours logging into alts moving stuff...

IC going in a circle in sewers gave good xp, haven't tested it since patch, so long as you didn't get ganked.

Get to level 10 and then do Cyrodil quests and delves with exp pots.
Totally boring but it's the best exp according to patch notes.
