Anybody else not able to split stacks?

It's strange because on my main character I am able to split stacks for any stackable item.

Yet on my alternates, I am not given that option. When I press the options button for a stackable item, all it gives me is:

Use
Destroy
Get Help

What gives?

Is there some sort of mechanic where the character with the most playtime only gets the ability to split stacks?

My account goes like this:
Templar (Old main)
Sorcerer (New main) (Logged in most of the time)
Dragonknight (Alt)
Nightblade (Alt)
Nightblade (Alt)
Dragonknight (Alt)
Nightblade (Alt)

Sounds like a bug. I've never experienced anything like this, I can split stacks on all my characters.

Report it and send in a ticket, maybe they can figure it out for ya.

I imagine you've already ruled this out, but the only time I noticed the split stack option missing like that was when my inventory was full. Perhaps it could be a bug where it thinks you can't fit another stack for some reason.
