Orsinium Loading screen Lore keeps getting replaced by old tips

Every time I load into a place in Orsinium a bit of lore pops up about the place. Before I can even read it, it is replaced by old loading screen tips. Not enough time to read this, and I actually enjoy reading it....

s_ch_kb16_ESO✭✭✭Would be a shame if we didn't have enough time to read all those useful tips, that we've only read like 1000 times, just to learn something about the place we're visiting the first time.
Not only happens for Orsinium, but with every loading screen (at least it seems that way). Sometimes it works as it should, but most of the time it doesn't any more.
It has been like that for quite some time, I think I noticed it the first time about a month ago. I sent a bug report back then and there has been at least one thread about this here on the forum. As per usual, ZOS doesn't bother to answer, so no idea whether they are even working on it.Edited by s_ch_kb16_ESO on November 4, 2015 9:08PM0 -

Elder_III✭✭✭✭It's been this way ever since the IC DLC launched..... it's an annoying mess at the best, especially with a brand new area that the lore is fresh and interesting to discover.

While this is good advice, it's still disappointing that we need to go to a third party website for in-game information like this.
The cynic in me also notes that with as long as the load times are I can do that and still not miss any actual play time. :P #proud2BAStarObsessedLoony
