I'm playing on a PC, and I've noticed that since the newest patch, there are times when I can't zoom in to first person. I even tried binding a key instead of using the standard mouse wheel, and that didn't work either. Perhaps it has something to do with the addition of game pad functionality?

Don't ask me why but on PS4 I noticed that if you /laugh it sometimes fixes this bug. Maybe it works on PC as well. It's worth a try.0
