If anyone was wondering.... they drop from any kill in either of the two new Public Dungeons in Wrothgar (except from critters xD). This means they drop from bosses and mobs. Not from containers.... They drop from kills.

✭✭✭It was never hinted that they come from containers lol but if you actually get them from normal mobs and not just the named enemies then that is good to know I suppose
