HELP! Unable to put in a ticket!

I am able to log into my forum account, and my actual account management page. However, when I click Support to put in a ticket, it asks me to log in AGAIN and refuses to take ANY password!

So, I try to put in a ticket in-game and I get: "Error: DNS name unresolved"

Re-logged, same thing. :(

    I just tried and it worked for me (after waiting for the email since I've never logged in there from work). Yes, I ensured I was logging in to the support section - not forum or account page.

    Maybe let ZOS know more info like your ISP, country etc.?

    [Edit] On another note you can apparently now view all your /bug and /feedback that you've sent in in game...
