Xbox one subs fixed?

Hi,
I'm curious if they have fixed the issue with Xbox one subscribers not receiving there crowns? This happened to me before, And I'm wanting to 're sub for the new dlc but not if I'm not gonna receive all my benefits.

    I'm wondering the same exact thing. I was subscribed to the PC version, but I currently no longer have a gaming capable PC, but own the Xbox One version of ESOTU and would like to subscribe for the upcoming Orsinium expansion and crowns and so forth, but if the crowns don't go through and that's like the peanut butter of the peanut butter and jelly sandwich that's a major issue. Let's hope for a resolution soon as within the next month or so I am going to subscribe and hope for the best as purchasing Imperial City, Orsinium, and the bear mount and pet that I want to get will be really expensive otherwise.

    Allright I took the plunge into ESO PLUS on Xbox One. It seems everything came through fine including crowns (for now). I hope it continues to work fine in the future. Luckily I only buy the Xbox Live 12 month cards every December around Christmas, so if the bug is related to gold renewing automatically I hope I'll be safe. Time will tell if this will be fixed around Orsinium's launch and patch launch which I hope it will not just for my sake, but for everyone elses as well. If a developer or moderator can comment on whether this will be fixed by Christmas we would be apprecitive on any update you can give. I typed this from my Xbox One browser which is a real pain.

    Glad to hear you got the crowns. I still see console players complaining about missing crowns, so don't expect too much if things do go wrong. If it does, just send in proof of purchase to Zeni 24 hours after you don't receive them and hopefully they'll get you sorted.
    At a guess they have no idea what's going on, and it may not be their fault anyway, but hopefully a solution will arise sooner than later.

    First time, as I have mostly played on PC until some issues came up with my computer.

    The last 2 month i had to contact the support
    Show proof and all that. But this month the crowns came on renewal date i was actuall surprised but appreciate it haha

    It would be kind of funny if they just fixed it today, but I am probably being too hopeful. It wouldn't surprise me if it was a server issue between ZOS and Microsoft, fixed it, and then kept quiet to prevent people freaking out about how long it took. However people have a right to be mad, as they are not getting everything they paid for.

    Yeah, they're playing pass the buck with Microsoft again with me at moment. You'd think after last month they'd have all the proof they need that I have an active ESO subscription, but nooooooooo, I have to go through the whole "proof of purchase" BS again. This definitely a purchase that doesn't deliver on it's promises. I'll chase it again this month, but if I have to go through it again next month I'm cancelling - sod IC and Orsinium and future DLC, I'll stick to the basic game.

    Yeah it seemed to be only a renewal issue, I 're subscribed and no crowns were issued so looks like this is still an occurring problem. Well time to contact customer support again this month.

    Ok this may sound stupid, but have any of you tried restarting your console after your sub has renewed? PS4 seemed to have the issue not as much, but one user had success by restarting the console.

    Recent ESO Live they said they are still actively looking into the issue. As for now, if you don't receive anything, just file an issue with support (https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/) including proof of purchase and they'll get you fixed up.

    Finally got my crowns, but the support response time is so slow. Probably have to submit a new ticket when it renews again too, but we will see.

    They should be now. As they announced a fix was put in place.
