I see a lot of folks saying they are getting things like lockpicks from Provisioner writs and other items for writs that have never dropped before and are utterly unassociated with the writs themselves. Is this INTENDED now ZOS? Or are the Writ loot table broken? Please respond! Thank you!

    LOL True but the "crap" is at least usually associated with the Writ in question. RANDOM crap is new.
