No Sound v2.2.4, VersionFail Error v2.2.5

I no longer have any music or other in-game sounds since the recent Orsinium patch 2.2.4.
Repaired client 2 times before it fixed the no sound issue.

Patch v2.2.5 just failed out with an error:
