Once I am finally unleashed from work today I, like the majority of you, will be spending many many bliss filled hours in Orsinium.
I was required to complete an annual OH&S Workstation self assessment for work today.
I am happy to adhere to the following points at work:
* 1.7 I stand and move every 30 minutes for a few minutes to stretch and mobilise working muscles
* 4.4 I take micro-pauses and rest breaks every few minutes when performing prolonged periods of keyboard work
* 5.7 I take micro-pauses and rest breaks every few minutes when performing prolonged periods of mouse work
* 7.1 Noise levels at my workstation are conducive to concentration
Who has time to rest EVERY FEW MINUTES when there's new content to romp through - Wellbeing or not?!!?!? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Just as well I don't have an OH&S consultant at home...

Between the load screens (got 4 in one walk through the city) and crashes/rollbacks, I had ample time to rest.
