How so "Target is out of range"?

Right now I'm trying to use Sandy Path Wayshrine in Craglorn, I'm almost a burning my *** in the torchfire and the game is saying that the target is out of range.
Fine! It's a wayshrine, but considering this as a problem with the activators, this would affect the way ranged abilities work just like I saw in a video today morning confirming this is a bug also present in PTS
And since my sorcerer rely solely in ranged abilities, now she's even more useless as she was before, while nightblades, from the video I mentioned, get stupid 112k of damage, ohko'ing mobs in Imperial City.

Sandy Path wayshrine is part of my regular survey-pickup tour and I noticed that, too.
Definitely a "new feature" that you now have to burn your eyebrows off to travel. Apparently that wayshrine was OP and had this nerf coming...
