Imperial Standard Quest still broken and prevents completing the IC quest line

Yup - I tried this quest yesterday with some friends who hadn't done the IC questline before (and I was on a character who hadn't done it either). After fighting our way through 2 of the gate defenses, and battling several gankers, on the 3rd gate defense part way through the gate went from about 70% health to simply vanishing along with the attacking mobs. This is a blocking issue and prevents completion of the IC questline and access to the IC dailies. I was really hoping to see something about it in the patch note, but no luck.

It is specific to the Southern door. I have tried to complete this quest over two dozen times. The monsters simply disappear, so does the door by the way. You can see the area behind the door. Which confirms for me that this is a game issue and not me. I also completed this quest on a different toon only a couple days before and the quest worked just fine.

It is extremely frustrating.

I completed this quest shortly after IC launch on one character with no problems (I even did it solo). But I've been blocked since then on 2 different characters - one AD, one DC. One of them I was doing it solo and tried about 10-12 times, with relogs, with trying to stay closer to the door (as was suggested by CS after I submitted a /bug and a CS ticket), and with the exact same thing always happening at the South door. It will go from 100% health or 70% health, or whatever it's at, suddenly to nothing and the door and mobs will instantly vanish.

When I was grouped with friends and we were trying to do this quest I told them I'd been having issues with it being bugged on another character, so when we had this bug happen the first time we gave up and didn't try again.

This is a blocking bug, and it needs to be fixed ASAP - especially as this quest is not an easy one to complete in the first place. Trying over and over is a serious pain in the ass, and takes a lot of time (as you have to wait and wait and wait for the South door to be the one that's being assaulted again), while running a very high risk of getting ganked.

I defeated one door but the other two dont seem to want to spawn am I just wasting time waiting around?

Yup, still bugged. Have tried to complete this for over a week now. Doesn't seem to matter which order I start with, but the last door I get to, nothing ever spawns, no one ever says incoming attack or whatever.

Someone suggested switching campaigns, but that didn't seem to matter either.

C'mon Z, this is a bug going on well over two years now! Get you act together and fix this!

I just tried, did two doors fine, but southern door stuck. Sigh.

If on xbox I had this bug on me in Haderus went to azuras star and completed it just fine might work for you

This bugged out for me a few months ago too. The best workaround is to drop and retake the quest, logout in that district and then log in immediately after a patch/maintenance. The problem is other players starting but not completing the event as they run through doing other stuff. If you can get there before anyone screws it up, you can complete it and move on. I did this and it worked. Hope this helps someone.
