Does the CP catchup mechanic replace Enlightenment? Or is Enlightenment still in effect?

[EDIT]: Got into the game quicker than I expected, and confirmed that Enlightenment is still in effect and gives 4x points to CP for every xp, as before.
So that's one question answered, but it leaves another:
Pre-patch, you could get up to 1 CP worth of enlightenment xp per day, but "one CP worth" was a constant 100,000 xp. If unused, it was capped at 12 days, or 1.2 million xp.
Post-patch, 1 CP worth of enlightenment is a variable number based on how many CP you've already obtained.
So ... is enlightenment still awarded in the amount of 100,000 daily? Or is it awarded based on how many actual points you'd need for your next CP?

ettavolt✭✭This Monday (23.11.2015) I too thought that there is a problem with enlightenment. I've even filled a ticket.
While it was undergoing review, I had a chance to do more precise testing.
I've started Tuesday with no enlightenment and ~0k CP exp (was lucky with this). Got some amount of enlightenment around 18:00 UTC (EU server) (bar was full), killed some monsters, did repeatable quest in Hel'Ra - 222k of 240K CP exp (did not get a point), and enlightenment still showing full. Did crafting writs, earned point and enlightenment says 159K is left. So, 240k (for that CP) + 159k (after that CP) ≈ 400k was boosted = 100k enlightenment granted.
On Monday I was most likely confused, because started it with ~0 warrior CP exp, went through Undaunted pledge dungeons, and when popped back had ~10-20k thief CP exp. Since I got warrior CP, only ~160k buffed CP exp left. And that amount was easily exhausted with pledge quests and two rounds of writs.0 -
