I've noticed in the last day or two that ESO is having issues loading objects in the world. When I'm standing still and watching others run around the picture is great. But, if I move just a little bit, parts of the world get a litte bit darker - something I could get use to I guess. When I'm riding on a horse thought my screen flashes white for a half a second rather frequently throughtout the world. Inside locations are fine.
Now, I bought new TV in the last few days, and thought it was that. But I've tried other games with the new TV, and everything seems fine. I've also had ESO hard crash to the desktop twice since I've had the new TV.
So to sum it all up, I'm having issues with objects loading in the distance (I presume). I'm fairly certain that it's not the TV, but I could be wrong. Is it possible that this is a server issue dealing with lag, or could this be an issue with some files corrupted from the crashes? ( I will try uninstalling/reinstalling ESO when I get home tonight)

Hero_LlamaSoul ShrivenUpdate: Uninstalling/reinstalling didn't fix a thing. Setting the resolution to 720p has everything running fine. 1080p has little performance issues. Wondering if a patch could fix this issue?0
