    It's in the patch notes. After you purchase the DLC or is you are a subscriber you can the entrances in Stormhaven or Bangkorai or use a wayshrine or... see someone in your starter area... cant remember the details for that one.

    What's everyone download speed? I usually have around 1 MB/s with patchs but right now I'm stuck around 100 KB/s >"<

    I usually have 1mbs as well but sometimes it will mysteriously drop to 10kbs then I need to restart the launcher.
