Do ability on the second skill bar count for "For each slotted X" passives?

Some passives give a bonus relative to the number of slotted abilities from the same skill tree. Do abilities in the 2nd skillbar count, too or just the ones in the currently active skillbar?

Short answer : no. Only the currently active bar.

Speely

Ultimates on your current bar DO count, however. Just adding that because it is sometimes unclear whether or not they do to new players.
