How do I unbookmark a thread on the forum? (Solved)

So I accidently bookmarked a thread and I keep getting notifications whenever someone posts. For the life of me, I don't know how I bookmarked it and I can't figure out how to undo it. I would really appreciate some help and maybe an explanation on how to bookmark threads in the first place. Thank you in advance to anyone that can enlighten this forum n00b.

So I figured it out but now I have a follow up question. How do I delete a thread?

And i dont think you can delete a thread. Only mods can do that is my guess.

When browsing through the threads, towards the right of the Title and directly to the left of the Author there is a little greyed out star. When you toggle it, the star becomes yellow and the thread is then bookmarked. I must have accidently toggled it while scrolling down.
