Cannot get into PVP solo

When I try to get into my PVP home, Azuras Star, it says YOU ARE ALREADY QUEUED FOR THAT CAMPAIGN.
No, I'm not and I can't get in at all, except through a group.
Somebody please get this resolved. I tried going through Support but I just got an automated response about using the Get Me Unstuck option.
