When is Error Code 303 getting fixed???

I feel this is ridiculous that I have to ask this question about Error Code 303.
This issue has been around since Imperial City patch and I have not seen Zeni acknowledge or address it.
Honestly feel no excuse at all for Zeni at this point.

Mike_IG✭The lack of acknowledgement about the E303 code is shocking and TBH from the replies I was getting I wasn't expecting a quick fix at all.
It seems to be related to a large blocked list and removing people from it seems to fix the issue (well it did for me and the other people I know who had the issue), The issue with that is it takes a fair while to remove people from the list but for Myself and 5 other people who messaged me after I told them about it the issue has been fixed.
Should you have to remove people from your blocked list, No, BUT.......... IMO if you want to play the game any time soon (If it all) then you will need to remove people from blocked list. (I'm basing my opinion on the responses we have got from them so far about it).0
