Here are some tips for dealing with the Harvesters.

1. Keep an area target attack such as Volley on the Harvester as often as you can. They use magic to fight so they won't move if they are in range to shoot you. If they attempt to heal with the bubbles your area target attack will hit the bubbles, sending it to you instead (which happens no matter how you pop them).

2. Keep the Harvester away from walls! The closer it is to a wall, the closer some of the bubbles will appear thus giving you little to no time to pop them.

3. If the Harvester harvests bubbles and you cannot pop them with an area target attack or some sort of ranged attack then get right in the Harvester's face and spam a good AoE attack! The attack will pop the bubbles if they get too close, provided the AoE skill used has enough range, which it should and if timed properly enough.

Beyond that just make sure to dodge the flames shot at you. Quite simple once you get the hang of it!
