Any fests in Tamriel?

First, I need to thank ZOS for not spending a single minute in organising Halloween and other Earth holidays.
But I still want to ask if there are any plans in making some fest celebrations and holidays real in the lands of Tamriel?
Elder Scrolls has a lot of different fests and holidays itself, they are in lore already like:
- the New Life Festival in celebration of a new year (that's the whole feast to make)
- South Winds Prayer as the holiday of healers (healing bonuses?)
- Waking Day as the day of spirits (spirit invasion and quests are easy to imagine!)
- Feast of the Dead as the Companion (and WWs) official holiday
- First Planting as the food fest
- Jester's Day (make the spells work wrong, to make NB a templar and DK -> sorc)
And so on and so force, that's a lot of different holidays and fest.
Can we have them, @ZOS?
