Where can it drop other than trophy vaults, horror bosses, flag bosses and molag ball? Or is that it?

    Oh so you play on a console? Well this is a console game after-all I suppose.

    It can also drop from the bosses in the Barathrum Centrata. My girlfriend picked one up after killing one of the bosses that spawn from the portals.

    No idea if chapters drop there, but the whole book definitely can.

    On the other hand, nothing ever drops for me.

    But the locations/bosses confirmed here so far are right.
