Unplayable frame skipping at full pop Cyr campaigns

I never minded the lag at old Thornblade, but at Azura now at the EU server I got unplayable frame skipping, even though my rig is excellent. Cannot fight people when they "jump" ahead 1-2 meter every twice or third second. What is the cause of this? Thought ESO was trying to improve the game, not make it worse... Naive expectation I know.

Digerati✭✭✭✭I have not experienced this issue... I never have frame issues, though my system is subpar (upgrades coming soon).
There is an add-on that automatically scales your graphics to compensate for frameskips in PvP... have you tried that? I don't use it because I never have any FPS issues... I cruise around at 60-90 FPS and when things start going wild, I will occasionally drop to 30FPS, which for me is noticeable but tolerable.
Running a Geforce 450 GTS (I went overbudget with my CPU and mobo and decided to just grab a 40 dollar card and upgrade a few months down the line--never had any issues or complaints (I'm not super big on graphics anyway) so I never got around to it)Edited by Digerati on October 29, 2015 5:51PM0 -
ChaosWotan✭✭✭✭✭Lowering my graphic settings is not a solution, since I'm asking ESO to fix that which causes more lag and frameskipping on Azura than the reasonably tolerable lag at old Thornblade. My rig was good at Thornblade, but I can't play at Azura now.0

✭✭✭Were your issues around the time of the DDoS attack? If so, that was likely the cause. ChaosWotan✭✭✭✭✭Ive been playing IC and pve to gear grind and level undaunted the last 2 months. When returning to Azura yesterday I got frameskipping like never seen on full pop Thornblade. Newest drivers installed. Has ESO increased the amount of players who are allowed to enter a campaign now?0
