I did some testing with burning light via world bosses in a v12 zone

Burning light as far as my testing goes, goes off spell pen. Sharpened maces and daggers provided the same crit and non crit for burning light but did provide differential damage for jabs crit and non crit.

Then I went on to precise daggers. Assuming that sharpened would do more spell pen for burning light. I just wanted to see how BIG of a difference it would be.
I then found shockingly that the precise trait had the same damge value for burning light. Both crit and non crit.

Being baffled I puntured each boss giving them Major Fracture and Breack. and then swapped to DW with maces and daggers achieving a higher burning light proc crit and non crit. Tested with Power of the light (minor breach and fracture) and achieved higher burning light damage aswell. Not as high as major ofcourse.

Normal same result with sharpened maces, daggers and precise daggers arcross the board for the max
