Exact launch time for Orsinium

Does anyone now at what exact time Orsinium will be available for Europeans. ? I know the date is November 2nd, but what time GMT? (Or EST or any other time zone reference and i can do the math myself)

How long were the servers down for you for the IC update? Figure that long for Orsinium, then add in how long it took you to update for IC (or the last 5GB patch you got) and then you can do the math.

Factoring all that, is useless unless i know WHEN on Nov 2. The launch is planned.... It is quite relevant as, depending on the intended launch time in US, it might actually be available to me on either Nov.1 or Nov.3.... But i do get your point. However, i need a "start time" before i can add all the expected delays, etc.

As usual, servers will go down for patch/maintenance on Tuesday 2:00 am (GMT). A couple hours later you'll be able to download the patch.

All server maintenance start at the same time each week, so you should already know when it is going to start. In the NA server that is 8AM Eastern Time. Don't know the Euro start time, I don't play on that server.

For the IC update, it didn't hit EU servers until the maintenance which took place a day after the advertised release date - so figure it being the 3rd Nov for EU servers (not the 2nd), following a long maintenance outage.

Ah - did not realize it was connected to the weekly maintenance. in that case Epona is right, and for me it will be available on Nov 3 from the morming, depending og down time...

Yes, the maintenance for the patch should start on the THIRD November at about 0200 GMT. 2nd is for North American servers. EU maintenance and patches are always after the NA

It looks like NA and EU are getting patched simultaneously this time. So, EU launch will be on Monday, 2nd November, too.

If maintenance follows the regular pattern, then it'll start around 11pm AEST (Australia Eastern Standard Time). As this'll be a big patch and if nothing goes wrong - then it might be available around 3am. If patching takes longer (like that's never happened before) then who knows. Either may Orsinium won't be available until 3 November in Oz. Damn time zones.

well IC I was download one day after the oficial lauch date, so we will see how it will be with Orsinium

As we prep for next week’s Orsinium launch, we wanted to give you the details on how the day’s going to go and what you can expect from maintenance.

We will be bringing both the North American and European PC/Mac megaservers offline for maintenance on Monday, November 2nd at 2:00am EST (remember daylight savings ends the day before!). We’re expecting the European megaserver to be available first, and anticipate that maintenance to take approximately eight hours. The North American megaserver maintenance will take a bit longer, upwards of approximately 12 hours. Again, these are rough estimates and are subject to change.

As you may have noticed from the initial PTS patch, the size of the update is expected to be quite large due to the new zone, lots of new VO, music, systems, and more. Remember that the DLC game pack content is included in the patch, and you’ll be able to venture into Wrothgar as soon as your download is complete. As always, we’ll post the patch notes before maintenance is complete so you have some reading material.

We look forward to bringing you the next DLC on Monday, and can’t wait for you to step foot in Orsinium!

For EU the maintenance starts at 7am CET on November 2 and on the afternoon/evening on November 3 we will be able to play ???,

Really wish they used GMT. Not all of us live in North America you know. Some of us even live in the southern hemisphere.
So, if I have this right 2am EST (GMT-5) is 7am GMT. So, that's 5pm 2 November AEST (Australia Eastern Standard Time). Add an hour for the southern states for daylight saving.

So as I said before, it'll be Tuesday 3rd before us Aussies can play. That puts it on Melbourne Cup Day - damn.

Thank you. In hindsight this makes sense as we're usually a couple weeks behind. It's almost like PC is our test mice
