Trying to check on a ticket, but it no longer accepts my username and password. When I try to recover it, I get this" Was unable to retrieve information please try again later".
I know both the user name and password are correct, but I can not reset my pw nor log into my support account.

Malpherian✭✭✭✭✭Excuse me the error was actually: "We were not able to verify the information you provided. Please try again". I know my own name and I know my email because I have several tickets from support in it.
Should look into this ASAP.0 -
i dont know if its completely down but i was having trouble with the support site before the maintenance as well. wouldnt let me log in with correct pass and id. they replied and said is a known issue and to email them for the time being.[PS4] captainSNAKA
