There are hints (e.g., in Skyrim's Markarth-based quest for the Sybil) that there's some sort of convergence between sexual stimulation and moral virtue, but the details of how that can occur have been elusive. But let's face it: given the nature of the reflex action involved, there's only so much you can do in the direction of dignity, yes?
