There are sadly very few players from my country, most of them are not so good in english, but desperately looking for guilds of their countrymen.
Now, more than a couple times, it turned out once they found some of their countrymen, they were playing in a different faction, but they already been so immersed with their character they did not want to start it anew.
Would it be possible to ask for a faction transfer? And if so, whom should they address?
It would greatly help to create more local eso communities, and there's only this tech barrier between us.
